Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage product P&L, ensuring revenue growth and margin optimization
  • Define, lead, and execute product strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plans aligned with company objectives
  • Enable Sales through pre-sales support, solution design, proposal development, pricing strategy, and deal closure
  • Act as the Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client engagements, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain product competitiveness and viability by defining pricing models, product roadmaps, and innovation initiatives
  • Oversee and influence delivery and operational execution to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Lead product marketing and demand generation, including market positioning, campaigns, telemarketing, and pipeline support
  • Develop and manage sales enablement materials, including product decks, value propositions, and solution collateral
  • Drive product portfolio expansion by identifying, validating, and launching new revenue-generating offerings
  • Manage and strengthen third-party partnerships, including vendors, principals, and strategic alliances
  • Design and deliver product training programs to equip Sales and internal teams for success
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Product Management
  • Strong expertise in B2B and B2B2C product marketing and sales enablement
  • Experience with IT-related products or technology-driven services
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Above-average verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
