  • Tooling: Expert proficiency with Jira (or similar issue trackers) and documentation tools like Confluence.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss technical concepts with developers and translate them for business teams.
  • Soft Skills: exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing cool.
Bonus Points
  • PMP, CSM, or CSPO certification.
  • Previous experience as a developer or business analyst.
