As a CreditCorp Inc. Operations Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager and in partnership with other Operations Managers. You will also have direct involvement with the Country Operations Manager. You will work towards developing and recommending strategies, processes, procedures, policies and controls to facilitate the achievement of targeted performance.
This is a full-time Work-from-office role.
Your role and goal:
- Strong business acumen, enthusiastic engagement strategies & a drive to develop new and existing Team Managers and Team Leaders.
- You will operate with a fair degree of autonomy and will be tasked with ensuring the ongoing harmony and success within the Collection Services operation
- Responsible for delivering on the site's revenue performance, whilst maximising engagement and productivity of the business unit. This role will require you to manage a variety of external client relationships across a variety of portfolios
- Ability to manage different SLA's across a range of different clients
- Forward thinker who will contribute to scaling up the Philippines Collection Services business
- Proactively identify gaps in processes, systems, and technology
- Provide support in improving our digital strategies
- Manage onshore and offshore stakeholder requirements and expectations

The successful Candidate must have:
- 3-5 year as manager experience in an international (BPO) credit and collections environment or similar relevant role
- Experience handling client facing responsibilities
- Strong time and people management skills
- Resilient critical thinking skills and ability to exercise sound judgement
- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills
- Good problem solving skills and results-driven
- Ability to foster an engaging positive, and energetic team environment
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback that builds relationship as well as achieve results
- Strong track record of developing well-rounded Managers/Supervisors and Members
- Exposure in providing peer support to the site
- Advanced understanding of negotiation and skip tracing concepts
- Solution focused negotiator with effective resolution skills
- Supportive of change, and business direction
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities and multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to identify performance gaps, articulate specific solutions and execute plans independently
- Ability to work on strict deadlines
