We're Hiring: Manager – Service Design & Transition
(ITSM Focus)

Makati | Global Law Firm | Mid-shift, Hybrid (3x onsite per week, flexibility required)

What You'll Do

  • Lead IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Oversee Change & Transition Management for new services moving into operations.
  • Champion Service Design & Process Engineering, ensuring efficient, resilient workflows.
  • Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) to raise quality and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ITIL professionals while engaging with global stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in ITSM/Service Delivery, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong expertise in ITIL processes (certification preferred).
  • Experience in service transition, process design, and ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work mid-shift and adjust to global business needs.
