Join a global team shaping the future of HR through data. We're looking for a Manager, HR Operations – Data & Reporting to lead operational reporting, build insightful dashboards, and drive continuous improvement across our People function.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage a small team focused on HR operational reporting and analytics
  • Own all HR Operations reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and people analytics
  • Translate HR operations into actionable data insights, guiding the creation of reports and dashboards by reporting developers
  • Partner with global HR, BI, and Shared Services teams to identify reporting capability-building opportunities
  • Promote process efficiency and continuous improvement in reporting delivery
What You Need
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations reporting and analytics (mandatory)
  • At least 4 years experience managing a small team and driving performance
  • Strong ability to understand HR operations processes and translate them into strategic data insights
  • Experience in designing or guiding reports and dashboards (PowerBI, Advanced Excel)
  • Workday experience is required – understanding Workday system process flows is highly valued
  • ServiceNow experience or knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Self-starter with excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Work Setup
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
  • Primary schedule follows EMEA/UK business hours, with flexibility to adjust to APAC or US time zones as needed
