JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of all dental clinics under the company, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient resource use, and exceptional patient service. This role is responsible for operational excellence, compliance with regulations, and achieving business targets. The Operations Manager works closely with clinic managers, administrative staff, and the executive team to align operational performance with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across all clinic branches, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate branch performance through KPIs such as patient volume, revenue, and operational costs.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Clinical departments for staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Manage procurement, supplies, and maintenance to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Handle escalations related to patient complaints, staffing issues, and operational concerns.
  • Support branch expansions, relocations, and renovations.
  • Lead and mentor clinic managers and operations staff to meet performance expectations.
  • Prepare periodic operational reports for senior management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or dental services.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and meeting performance targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of dental or healthcare management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
