Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Division Head at Victor Consunji Development Corporation, based in Metro Manila. The Sales Division Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and overseeing account management. The role involves analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and ensuring achievement of sales objectives while fostering a high-performing sales culture. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with other departments to align business goals and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • With a minimum 5-year real estate sales experience and can immediately create a team upon onboarding
  • Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate a results-driven sales team
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales technologies
