Job Summary

Oversees division activities including credit proposal evaluation, compliance with internal and BSP policies, and validation of financial spreadsheets for the Default Filter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts second-tier credit evaluations for multiple divisions, branches, and international offices.
  • Ensures credit assessments meet bank standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Manages training, performance, and development of Credit Review and Portfolio teams.
  • Oversees credit monitoring, risk rating validation, and periodic portfolio reviews.
  • Coordinates with IBS partners and other units for queries and policy updates.
  • Prepares reports, agendas, and documentation for committees and board confirmations.
  • Handles talent acquisition, retention, and performance within CSU-CREAD.
  • Acts as Budget Officer and provides inputs for ALCO and management meetings.
  • Approves credit line confirmations and standby letters with Group Head.
  • Issues memos for recurring violations and ensures proper notifications for NPAC agenda.
  • Performs other related functions as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
  • At least 10 years of experience in middle-market or commercial lending
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (preferred)
