About the role

We are expanding our presence in the Philippines and seeking a highly capable Head of Sales to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • P&L Ownership
    : Lead the Philippines business with full accountability for sales, profitability, and budget performance.
  • Distributor & Agency Management
    : Build and manage strong partnerships with distributors, agencies, and retail partners to deliver sales and marketing excellence.
  • Forecasting & Stock Management
    : Develop exceptional demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure product availability, optimal stock management, and minimal waste.
  • Logistics & Supply Support
    : Work closely with internal supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations, efficient order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Influence
    : Engage and influence key stakeholders across distributors, retailers, and internal functions to secure alignment and commitment to growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : Partner with supply, regulatory, marketing, and sales colleagues to deliver end-to-end business outcomes.
  • Brand Growth
    : Collaborate with marketing and agency partners to localise campaigns, execute market activations, and build consumer engagement for our brands.

About you

You will be results driven with a strong sense of accountability. Collaborative, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures and functions

  • Proven leadership experience in sales or commercial roles within the healthcare, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing distributors and agencies, with an ability to build collaborative, win-win partnerships
  • Advanced forecasting and demand planning skills, with a track record of ensuring supply reliability
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, regulatory, and marketing teams
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance long-term growth with short-term execution
  • Agile and resilient in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
