Job Purpose

To help in the acquisition of new-to-bank customers, retention of existing customers and maintaining good image of the bank via implementation of sound Marketing programs in the most effective customer touchpoint at the right time. Main support group for any advertising, sales promotions, events and BTL requirements of the Branch and other Head Office units.

Job Scope

  • Supervision of day-to-day activities of the Marketing Communication Division (MCD) including but not limited to: budget memos/reports, coordination with service providers, review of proposals and recommendation to the Marketing Group Head, implementation of various marketing programs, etc.

  • Personnel management to make sure that they adhere to company policies and guidelines attendance, tardiness, proper conduct, professional work ethics, etc.

  • Ensure good UI/ UX in every communications materials and touchpoints used.

  • Carry out functions, responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Marketing Group Head.

  • Supervision of day-to-day coordination of MCD personnel to service providers to ensure healthy and harmonious working relationship.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any Marketing, Communications of Management Course.
  • With at least eight to ten years of experience in Marketing, PR, Brand or Product management or any related field
  • With at least three (3) years of work experience in banking or financial institution
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in Ayala, Makati
