About the Position

We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Digital Marketing Manager
to take charge of our online marketing strategy for a leading consumer electronics retailer. This role is perfect for someone with strong digital expertise, creative thinking, and a passion for boosting brand visibility and driving sales through impactful digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, and display advertising.
  • Lead and optimize paid advertising efforts on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee content creation for all digital channels, including the company website, blog, email campaigns, and social media pages.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially within e-commerce and retail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related courses.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and key digital performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Background in consumer electronics or retail is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work onsite near Arca South, Taguig City.
