The Group Sales Admin / Inventory & Logistics Officer supports the vehicle sales operations by ensuring accurate documentation, efficient vehicle inventory management, and smooth coordination of logistics across all branches. The role ensures proper allocation, tracking, and delivery of units while maintaining compliance with company and manufacturer standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration

  • Prepare and process all vehicle sales documents.

  • Coordinate with Sales Consultants and Branch Managers on unit availability, reservations, release schedules, and customer requirements.

  • Vehicle Inventory Management

  • Monitor and update vehicle inventory across branches.

  • Tag, track, and document all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with the distributor on allocations and deliveries.

  • Vehicle Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate vehicle delivery from distributor to branches and customers.

  • Arrange logistics schedules and transfers between branches.
  • Liaise with transporters and registration processors.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years experience in automotive sales admin, vehicle inventory, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership operations and vehicle documentation processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); DMS/ERP experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
