Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate import shipments from suppliers, including documentation and clearance processes.
  • Coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies for timely release of cargo.
  • Oversee inbound deliveries and outbound dispatches to customers and warehouse hubs
  • Prepare and organize shipping documents (BOE, packing list, invoice, etc.)
  • Monitor and update shipment status and resolve logistics issues proactively
  • Assist in warehouse receiving, inventory tracking, and dispatch planning
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
  • With 1–2 years of logistics experience, particularly in handling import shipments.
  • Knowledge of customs documentation, import procedures, and incoterms
  • Strong coordination skills and familiarity with warehouse and delivery operations
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Willing to travel or report to various locations when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php23,000.00 per month
