RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning and coordinating logistics operations
  • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods
  • Supervising and training logistics personnel
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Negotiating with suppliers and carriers for favorable shipping rates and delivery times
  • Monitoring and reporting on logistics performance metrics
  • Implementing and maintaining logistics processes and procedures
  • Managing budgets and expenditures related to logistics operations
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Resolving any logistical issues and challenges that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Customs Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in Import/Export, Warehousing, and Logistics Operations
  • With good written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on-site in Molino, Bacoor City, Cavite
