What can you expect in a Facilities Intern role with TaskUs: 

Think of yourself as someone who will be responsible for the overall sensory experience of everyone who walks into a TaskUs site, so not everyone can qualify for this role. We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. Now we need your full concentration because it's time to imagine what it's like being a Facilities Officer.

What sets a TaskUs Facilities Officer apart though, is their keen interest in beauty and genuine desire to provide an amazing, five-star experience to every single person who sets foot on their site. You are responsible for making employees feel like everything in their surroundings is in order so they'll only have their tasks to think about. 

Our Internship Program aims to provide practical learning experience to college-level students/individuals who are looking to expand their knowledge in their field of study at university. Our main goal is to deliver necessary hands-on experience while providing opportunities for career exploration, development, learning new skills, and potential full time employment post graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on inventories of office and cleaning supplies

• Creating monthly, daily, and annual reports on pending supplies requisition and costing.

• Monitoring and maintaining office housekeeping.

• Practice efficiency, especially in lodging and monitoring of purchase requisitions.

• Perform regular inspection of furniture and fixtures, bulbs and lightings, electrical outlets, and restroom fixtures to ascertain that these are in good working condition.

• Be an MVP in the Deliveries department. You'll receive and account for the completeness of all incoming deliveries of office equipment, furniture and fixtures, and other fixed assets.

• Partner with our Financial Analysts in ensuring all invoices are accurate and paid on time. 

Required Qualifications: 

• You must be of legal age to qualify for an internship

• You must have OJT units requirement

• Submit your CV, scanned copy of school ID, scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID, and scanned copy of birth certificate

• Endorsement letter from your school indicating required number of hours for OJT

Education / Certifications:

• You must be taking Business Administration, Office Management, Mass Communication, Tourism, Hotel Restaurant Management, Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, and the like

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel: 

• 8am - 5pm | Monday to Friday

• Onsite in Molino, Bacoor | TaskUs Greenhouse
