Transportify is a fast moving, rapidly growing, and very successful logistics technology company in Southeast Asia that is changing the cargo and trucking industry. Our company operates in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Role Description

For our Business Analyst position, we are seeking talented, ambitious, hard-working, and career-minded candidates with a degree in computer science, Information communication technology, or information systems from a recognized university and strong English skills.

You should have a keen interest in business, especially startup business, and be willing to prioritize an accelerated career as your highest priority. We believe that anything is possible if you want it badly enough and we're looking for others who believe the same thing.

When you interview with us, you will be considered for assignment to the Philippines Product Team, which closely works with the country directors, group executives, and all of the three market operations teams.

What will you do?

  • You will act as the software product analyst and bridge to the PDC (Product Development Center) by working closely with in-country operations team members and senior management to define software product business requirements for design and implementation.
  • You will be responsible for supporting product launches, quality assurance, and training in your country.
  • You will be responsible for in-country UAT, feedback, and post-launch support.
  • You will participate in defining scopes, use cases, workflows, wireframes, design and product requirements, and other materials as needed to support UI/UX design and software development.
  • Work with regional product and development teams to define data & metrics to be measured, and implement dashboards and track product and feature performance.
  • Analyze data to derive business insights.
  • Any other tasks may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Your Skill and Experience

  • Candidates with 1+ years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
  • Good skills in problem-solving, analyzing data, requirement gathering, and documentation with attention to detail.
  • A user-centric mindset with UI/UX experience and skills in using tools for business modeling, technical diagrams, and business diagrams.
  • Excellent skills in critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
