We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the backend operations of an ABA agency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry.
  • Run, review, and analyze compliance and operational reports from our practice management system.
  • Conduct background checks and maintain staff records.
  • Update and monitor staff licenses and certifications.
  • Track compliance deadlines and ensure all documentation is current.
  • Verify that treatment plans are properly signed and filed.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support agency operations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative support, preferably within a healthcare or ABA agency setting.
  • Familiarity with REThink BH practice management software is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php200.00 per hour
