Rental Coordinator Employment Type: Full-TimePay Range: $28 to $32 per hour Job Summary We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our energetic Sales Account Executive focused on our Rental Communication Systems product line. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, freeing the Account Executive to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Research: Research potential customers, gather market data, qualify leads, maintain a database of leads and customer information, prepare presentations and sales collateral, create and update quotes and proposals. HubSpot Management: Act as a superuser for HubSpot training and updates, process and maintain accurate sales records, manage and track the sales pipeline. Scheduling: Schedule customer meetings and appointments. Customer Communication: Provide initial contact and follow-up with potential customers, answer basic customer inquiries, route complex issues to the Account Executive, create and distribute reports on sales activity and performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot experience a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
