You'll help design flagship learning and OD programs that shape culture, strengthen leadership, and drive performance across organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customized OD, Leadership, and Talent Development programs aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct needs analysis and organizational diagnostics to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Apply ADDIE, design thinking, and AI-enabled tools in developing learning journeys and capability roadmaps.
  • Facilitate high-impact workshops and strategy sessions that spark behavioral and cultural change.
  • Create and present program proposals and solutions with clear business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Creative Design and Delivery teams to ensure visually engaging and neuroscience-informed programs.
  • Continuously refine and evaluate solutions based on feedback, analytics, and emerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, OD, Communication, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, OD, or Talent Management (consulting background preferred).
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, learning design models, and facilitation methods.
  • Passion for innovation — curious about AI, behavioral science, and future-ready learning trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Agile, creative, and results-driven with strong attention to quality and detail.
