Asset Management Supervisor

Responsibilities and Roles:

● Ensure all new asset, return, repair and disposal request are processed on time

● Review and approve Good Receipt, Inventory Transfer and Good Issue.

● Ensure SLA are met on the issuance and tagging of assets

● Ensure the Asset Inventory is reconciled in financial records.

● Assist in physical count to different branches.

● Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes or inventory as well

● as monitor progress/changes and keep manager informed of unusual transactions

● Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives or standardizations

● Partner with HR on the hiring, disciplinary and terminations.

● Performs other tasks as assigned

Educational Background and Experience:

● Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

● 3-5 years' experience with people management

● Deep knowledge in Fixed Asset process

● Ability to work with multiple functions

● Agility, flexibility and openness to learn and be trained to challenge peers and Management

Location: Tektite Tower Ortigas

Set up: Full onsite until notice

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
