Banquet Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day setup, coordination, and execution of events held at The Upper Deck. This role ensures that all functions — from corporate meetings to social celebrations — run smoothly and meet our service standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in event operations or hospitality, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the setup, service, and teardown of all events, including meetings, parties, sports events, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate with the Events and Marketing team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Brief and assign tasks to banquet staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
• Inspect function rooms, facilities, and equipment before and after each event.
• Monitor service flow and troubleshoot issues during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, order, and maintenance of banquet areas.
• Manage inventory of banquet supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Train and motivate banquet attendants and support staff.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure manpower coverage for upcoming events.
• Enforce company standards in grooming, conduct, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in banquet or F&B operations (supervisory role preferred).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferably with background in hotels, restaurants, or large event venues.

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
