Not just any Virtual Assistant You'll work within a boutique Financial Planning Dealer Group who provides compliance services to Australian Financial Advisers.
Your Tasks
- Managing all incoming correspondance including emails;
- Triaging all incoming emails and assigning to correct department;
- Paperwork preparation and lodgement.
- Scheduling meetings.
- General administration
Your Skills
- You are extremely proactive and are able to get your work done with minimal supervision.
- You have a high attention to detail.
- You are a go-getter and are able to juggle different types of tasks.
- You have excellent communication - both verbal and written.
Your Experience
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Previous experience in Australian financial planning is highly regarded, particularly knowledge regarding regulatory requirements for Australian Financial Planning.
