Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant for Student Services, you'll support academic operations by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Your role ensures smooth day-to-day processes and exceptional service delivery that enhances the student journey worldwide.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1+ years of proven work experience as a digital or graphic designer
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a virtual setup
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
Your Daily Tasks
- Document Management: Maintain and organize digital files, including student records, meeting minutes, and placement documents.

- KPI: 90% of assigned documents filed within 5 working days; actively contribute to team document accuracy.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, consultations, and event planning.

- KPI: ≥90% of schedules managed without conflict; 100% calendar updates weekly.
- Email and Communication Support: Monitor inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.

- KPI: ≥95% of emails responded or routed within 2 working days.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Support data input and consolidation for monthly reports and surveys.
- Directive: Lean and Productive
- KPI: 100% of data entries submitted by deadline; ≤2% error rate.
- Digital Tool Usage: Use SIS, SharePoint, and MS Teams for collaboration and document sharing.

- KPI: 100% compliance with digital procedures; active usage of 2+ collaboration tools.
- Student Communication Support: Send announcements, reminders, and updates through approved channels.

- KPI: ≥90% message delivery rate within assigned timeframe.
- Event Admin Support: Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for online or hybrid events.

- KPI: 100% admin support tasks completed before event date.
- Task Monitoring: Maintain task lists and provide weekly team updates.
