JOB SUMMARY:
Provide marketing and administrative assistance to the team in the fulfillment of the department's sales targets. They oversee and coordinate various transactions between internal stakeholders, external logistics, and customers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through mobile, email, online chat, and other digital communication channels.
- Conduct post-purchase follow-ups via calls or messages to assess customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including details of inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Process online orders by encoding, preparing, shipping, tracking, and confirming deliveries.
- Monitor customer reviews and comments across various platforms and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed efficiently.
- Escalate potential complaints or industry-related trends to the reporting manager as needed.
- Assist in managing digital marketing platforms, including content preparation, messaging, and campaign support on social media.
- Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, live selling, video creation, and product photography for online posting.
- Prepare sales reports and other required weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual documentation for the immediate head.
- Provide support in inventory monitoring and product replenishment when necessary.
