Job Summary

The Marketing Admin Assistant will provide administrative and marketing support to the Marketing Team in executing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across Caravan Food Group's concepts. This role ensures smooth coordination of marketing activities, proper documentation, and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and partner stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and monitoring of marketing-related requests.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and agencies for marketing materials and deliveries.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory of marketing collaterals and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in managing social media content calendars, basic posting, and community engagement.
  • Track and consolidate campaign performance data for reporting.
  • Ensure proper communication and alignment between the Marketing Team and store operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned by the Marketing Officer/Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, admin, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in Canva/Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about food, service, and inclusive company values.
