Core Responsibilities

· Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

· Posting journal entries and maintaining general ledgers.

· Reconciling bank statements and petty cash.

· Tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Preparing invoices and receipts.

· Maintaining payroll records (if assigned).

· Assisting with monthly/quarterly closing.

· Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, P\&L, cash flow).

· Handling tax computations, filing, and reporting (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.).

· Conducting financial analysis and variance reporting.

· Managing payroll (if not handled by bookkeeper).

Requirements / Skills

· At least 1–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.

· Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Diploma or certification in bookkeeping/accounting (preferred but not always required).

· CPA license (preferred, depending on country requirements).

· Advanced Excel/Google workspace and financial reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
