Are you a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper with solid Australian bookkeeping experience and strong Xero skills? We're hiring a hands-on Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of a growing hospitality and leisure group.

The Opportunity at a Glance

We're looking for an experienced
Bookkeeper
to manage day-to-day financial administration and reporting for a dynamic group of entities within the
food and beverage and hospitality industry
. This is a
full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates
, employed under a proper PH setup.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on accuracy, and can work independently while maintaining clear communication with the Australian management team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring financial records remain current and compliant while supporting business operations with efficient bookkeeping practices.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Process
    accounts payable and receivable
    across multiple entities, ensuring all supplier bills, invoices, and payments are recorded accurately.

  • Perform
    bank reconciliations
    , manage payroll records, and ensure compliance with
    superannuation and PAYG
    standards.

  • Prepare and maintain
    aged receivables reports
    , issuing client statements and following up on outstanding balances.

  • Maintain accurate digital records of invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documentation.

  • Monitor finance inboxes, respond to supplier or client queries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Generate basic
    financial summaries or management reports
    when required.

  • Support workflow improvements and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.

  • Provide accurate bookkeeping support for audits and compliance reviews.

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Have at least
    2+ years of bookkeeping experience
    in an
    Australian business
    (multi-entity experience is highly regarded).

  • Are
    highly proficient in Xero
    for bookkeeping, payroll, and reconciliations (non-negotiable).

  • Understand
    AP/AR processes, payroll cycles, and compliance with Australian accounting standards
    .

  • Have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.

  • Can communicate confidently with
    suppliers, clients, and management
    .

  • Are
    independent, dependable, and capable of managing your own priorities
    with minimal supervision.

  • Have a proactive attitude and a commitment to keeping financial operations running smoothly.

What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Experience in
    F&B, hospitality, or membership-based organisations
    .

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting
    .

  • Exposure to other cloud-based accounting or CRM systems.

  • Familiarity with
    multi-entity financial administration
    and reporting.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday

  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
