We are looking for an accountant/ bookkeeper or accountant to process day to day accounting transactions
Responsibilities:
A. Sales
- Producing Sales Invoices
Monthly Contracts
Quarterly contracts
B. Purchasing
- Producing Purchase Orders
- Posting Purchase Invoices
C. Credit Control
- Preparing Statements
- Chasing outstanding monies
D. Bookkeeping
- Nominal Adjustments for reporting
- Intercompany Transfers
- Currency FX transactions
E. Budgets
- Preparing Budget Analysis
- Forecasting Reports
F. Monthly Reporting
- Preparing Monthly reports for management
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Budgets
- Forecasting
- PNL
- Draft Accounts
G. Expenses
- Processing general expense claims
- Processing Company Credit Cards
H. Banking
- Bank Reconciliation
- Sending Payments (Suppliers, staff, inter company transfers)
- Liaison with Bank
I. Wages
- Liaison with HR and external accountants
Requirements:
- 2+ years knowledge of computerised accounting platform (Sage preferable , Xero)
- 5+ years experience in bookkeeping
- Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Xero is preferred
Work Location: BGC Taguig (Full time on-site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM (PH Time)
