Brief Description of Duties:

  • Recording transactions such as AR's and AP's and posting them to various accounts.
  • Processing of payments
  • Conduct monitoring of cash flow
  • Produce financial reports such as association dues and utilities
  • Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements
  • Check and review of billings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related courses
  • CPA is an advantage
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in disbursements, billings processing and financial statements preparation or bookkeeping.
  • In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, financial and business management principles, trends, laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and QuickBooks Software.
  • Exquisite communications skills and attention to details.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in BGC Taguig City.
  • Can start as soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
