The HR Staff specializing in Employee Relations (ER) is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions. - Conflict Resolution:
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations to resolve workplace disputes.
- Mediate conflicts between employees and/or management to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Policy Compliance:
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to.
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. - Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases.
- Document investigation processes and outcomes thoroughly.
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
