About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at BORROMEO BROS. ESTATE, INC. as an Accounting / HR Staff. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and human resources support to the business. As a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, this position is an integral part of the company's financial and administrative operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring proper and up-to-date data, remittances and compliance of government statutory reports
  • HR related functions
  • Material requisition/ canvassing
  • Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Male or Female
  • Proficient in oral and written business communication
  • Honest, hardworking and can work independently under pressure
  • BS Accountancy or Management Accounting Graduate or its equivalent
  • Preferably with experience in general account but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office application
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
