Functions and Responsibilities
Primary Function:

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive company image.


Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, chat, or social media inquiries from customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Process orders, applications, and transactions as required.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.
  • Support customer retention initiatives and upselling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and service protocols.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications
  • Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of college in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related courses.
  • Experience: With or without experience; prior customer service, call center, or retail experience is an advantage.
  • License/Certification: Not required, but training in customer relations or communication skills is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, call center operations, and customer handling techniques.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Computer literate
  • Patience, empathy, and customer-oriented attitude.
