Overview

The Operations Head (VP Level) is a strategic executive role responsible for leading integrated operations across multiple business verticals within a large-scale, customer-focused environment. This position oversees diverse service-driven and revenue-generating units—ranging from lifestyle and entertainment to technology and mobility solutions—ensuring seamless coordination, sustained growth, and a world-class customer experience. The VP will be instrumental in shaping operational strategy, driving business transformation, and strengthening the organization's market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level leadership and direction across multiple business units, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
  • Define and execute strategies that align with long-term corporate objectives, leveraging innovation and market insights to drive growth.
  • Oversee P&L management, operational performance, and resource optimization across diverse functions.
  • Champion customer-centric innovations, digital integration, and partnership opportunities that enhance business value.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire senior leaders and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, delivering strategic recommendations and performance updates to C-Suite and Board stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale organizations, with 7+ years in a senior executive role overseeing multi-unit operations.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, strategic execution, and driving efficiency in high-volume, service-driven industries.
  • Strong expertise in business growth, transformation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php400,000.00 per month
