General Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Committee Lead as designated by the Head of the Engineering Department.
  • Coordinate with various departmental committees to enhance work efficiency.
  • Take full responsibility and accountability for all assigned projects.
  • Actively participate in all Engineering Department programs and initiatives.
  • Discuss all cost-related and time-sensitive concerns with the Vice President of Engineering and obtain formal approval prior to execution.
  • Perform all assigned tasks with integrity, passion, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to lead, influence, and coach team members effectively.
  • Possess a strong understanding of building operations and management.
  • Ensure full compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

A. Pre-Construction Phase

  • Coordinate with the Project Development Group (PDG) to confirm the project start date.
  • Align manpower deployment with the approved plan through the Project Control Officer.
  • Ensure timely submission and approval of the Project Authorization Order (PAO) with PDG and QSPG.
  • Collaborate with the Schedule and POC Committees on construction and turnover timelines.
  • Work with the procurement team to meet all procurement schedules.
  • Present construction plans to management, factoring in risks, procurement, contractors, stakeholders, and government requirements.
  • Secure all necessary permits, clearances, and certifications.
  • Lead coordination with utility agencies for required service installations.
  • Attend regular and special project coordination meetings.

B. Construction Phase

  • Present and align construction execution plans with higher management and relevant committees.
  • Proactively address construction issues related to schedule, budget, quality, and safety, with appropriate technical solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of project reports and POC certifications; verify reported accomplishments.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and participate in project management meetings.
  • Enforce compliance with contract terms and obligations.
  • Attend emergency or ad hoc meetings with contractors and suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure site health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Oversee progress payments, change orders, and procurement timelines to minimize stakeholder risk.
  • Enforce QA/QC protocols and ensure resolution of punch list items prior to turnover.
  • Manage turnover of units and common areas in line with approved time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Define and evaluate Key Result Areas (KRAs) for project performance.
  • Monitor Vendor Performance Evaluation Reports (VPER) for contractor performance.

C. Post-Construction Phase

  • Coordinate post-construction requirements and secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure timely completion of project close-out documents, including COCA.
  • Finalize financial close-outs for all contracts.
  • Facilitate smooth project transition from construction to building operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
