Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections - CSR (Customer Service Representative) role located in Muntinlupa City. The Collections - CSR will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling incoming customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality customer support. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, addressing customer complaints, and working effectively to improve the overall customer experience.

    US international account
    )
  • Previous experience in collections
    or a related field is an advantage
  • Must be
    college level
