POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Admin Support role provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth real estate transactions, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination of listings, clients, and marketing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, review, and manage real estate forms, contracts, and supporting documents

· Handle Agency Agreements using REALTAR and ensure compliance with REA Forms

· Coordinate property showings, schedules, and provide on-site support during open houses as needed

· Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems

· Prepare listing materials and upload/post property listings across relevant platforms

· Manage and update the client database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

· Generate regular sales, listing, and client reports for the sales team

· Provide administrative support for social media activities, including postings and updates

· Assist sales agents with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks

Tools & Systems Requirements:

· Proficient in Agent Box

· Experienced in REALTAR for Agency Agreements

· Familiar with REA Forms and real estate documentation standards

· Nice to have: Experience with Campaign Track

Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous experience in a sales administration or real estate support role preferred

· Strong organizational and document management skills

· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a sales team

· Basic understanding of social media platforms for business use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
