Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Support to assist prospective and enrolled students throughout their enrolment journey. This role involves handling calls, emails, chats, and system transactions to support course enquiries, enrolments, and payments across Real Estate, Finance, and Mortgage Broking programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information to leads regarding course enquiries
  • Enrol students and set up invoices using aXcelerate
  • Process payments over the phone in accordance with company procedures
  • Send and respond to SMS messages via Dialpad to address enquiries and follow-ups
  • Communicate with students and prospects via email regarding course details and enrolment status
  • Provide assistance through live chat platforms
  • Conduct follow-up calls on unpaid invoices
  • Contact enrolled students regarding course upgrades and additional offerings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
  • Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling phone-based and digital customer interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
  • Experience using CRM, enrolment, or billing systems (aXcelerate experience is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
