Franchise Support Officer

The Support Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the trainer to ensure that all training programs are executed effectively and efficiently. This role involves working closely with the training team to deliver training sessions, monitor progress, and provide feedback to improve overall performance within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Support
· Assist the trainer in the preparation and organization of training materials and resources.
· Help facilitate training sessions, ensuring that all participants understand the content and objectives.
2. Monitoring and Evaluation
· Observe training sessions and provide feedback to the trainer on the effectiveness of delivery and engagement.
· Assist in evaluating the performance of trainees and compile feedback reports.
· Track and record attendance, progress, and assessment results.
3. Administrative Duties
· Maintain accurate records of training sessions, materials, and feedback.
· Manage and update training databases and documentation.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
4. Communication and Support
· Act as a point of contact for trainees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the training process.
· Collaborate with the trainer to identify and address any issues or gaps in the training programs.
· Provide ongoing support and encouragement to trainees to foster a positive learning environment.
5. Continuous Improvement
· Assist in the development of new training materials and programs based on feedback and evolving industry standards.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of training software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in training support, administration, or coordination
- Experience assisting in training delivery, monitoring trainee progress, and providing feedback
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic training software
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with a team
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to supporting trainees and trainers
- Ability to maintain accurate records, track attendance, and compile reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
