JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Officer for Events will be the one to handle all internal and external events of JC Premiere -- pre event planning, conceptualization to coordination, event execution and post event activities in order to help attain the over-all goal of the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

  2. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.

  3. Working closely with sales and marketing department.

  4. Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.

  5. Giving presentations.

  6. Maintaining a marketing database.

  7. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.

  8. Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.

  9. Understanding company product and brand.

  10. Basic knowledge in Online Events, Live streaming, software to use like Open Broadcaster Software, Twitch, FB Live, Stream labs and Streamyard.

  11. Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop.

12.Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.

  1. Organizing market research.

  2. Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

  3. Updating social media accounts.

  4. Collaboratingwith the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.

  5. Perform other task that may assigned by the immediate Superior/Manager from time
