DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Support:

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts & contracted rates.
  • Monitor and follow up on leads, inquiries, and bookings.

Marketing Support:

  • Help arranged marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, and online content.
  • Assist in promotional events and campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Maintain the hotel's social media presence and online reputation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to help adjust marketing strategies.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Request supply needed by Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Maintain databases and customer contact information.
  • Coordinate hotel sales and marketing meetings, ensuring team members are informed of key updates.
  • Track and report sales and marketing performance, including revenue growth, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Assist with the preparation of Sales & Marketing Team activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., front office & accounting) to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or vendors for advertising, media buying, and public relations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Ensure the hotel's CRM system is up to date with guest profiles, preferences, and booking history.
  • Manage communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and offering personalized services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Canva.
