Assistant Sales Director

Job Summary:
Assistant Sales Director supports the Sales Director in leading and managing the condominium sales team to achieve sales targets, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth sales operations. This role involves strategic planning, team supervision, client management, and coordination with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely and effective project launches and sales closures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Management & Strategy:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Implement effective sales processes and ensure adherence by the sales team.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and brokers.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Attend and represent the company in client meetings, property exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and project development teams to ensure readiness of sales materials, contracts, and documentation.
- Provide market feedback to improve pricing strategies, product offerings, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and oversee property handovers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure sales documentation and transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
- Assist in budget planning for the sales division.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of condominium sales processes, local market trends, and legal documentation.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
