JOB SUMMARY

  • The Entertainment Sales Associate is the foundation of the Resort Sales Division, playing a pivotal role in supporting all sales activities and ensuring that the team operates at peak productivity. They handle tasks such as research, report preparation, sales coordination, calendar scheduling, client communication drafts, and proposal assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Support and Lead Generation

  • Handle and respond to inquiries and negotiate contracts with the approval of the immediate superior, and close deals to help maximize occupancy and event bookings.
  • Assist in generating leads through calls, walk-ins, or networking, and with the logistical requirements during oculars and familiarization tours to ensure that potential clients have a seamless and impressive experience when visiting the complex.

Client Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business to lead to higher retention rates, positive referrals, and increased loyalty.

Event Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business other related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry
