About the Role

Hinabi Privé is seeking attentive, reliable, and service-oriented Wait Staff for our Los Baños location. This role is essential in ensuring every guest receives warm, refined, and memorable service aligned with the Hinabi Privé standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables.
  • Present menus and thoughtfully offer recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and dining spaces.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns with grace.
  • Process billing and handle payments when required.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
  • Assist with opening preparations, daily operations, and closing procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the full Hinabi Privé team to deliver elevated guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in waitering, food service, or hospitality roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, polished, and presentable demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctual, dependable, and a team player.
