Position Summary:

To provide quality clerical support in order to ensure that out patient referrals and waiting list information is processed and validated in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in accordance with Health Board Policies and Procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· To undertake registration in line with policies and procedures.

· To receive and process referrals within agreed time scales.

· Record accurate complete information for all patients on the relevant databases,

· Responsible for obtaining and checking demographic details on relevant databases,

· Responsible for the distribution of referral letters to individual consultants and clinics within agreed timescales.

· Responsible for the appropriate diagnosis information recorded

· Responsible for coordinating with referring GP, and to confirm status and eligibility for treatment if patients details are incomplete or questionable.

· Type documents as required with a high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
