About the role

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Support Analyst to join our team at ARTECH TECHNOLOGY INC. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. As a Support Analyst - AMS, you will be based in Quezon City, working within our Information & Communication Technology and Help Desk & IT Support departments.

  • "Member/ Customer Data domain knowledge· Good domain knowledge of financial member/customer data
  • Understanding of the customer lifecycle, segmentation, and touchpoints
  • Capable of accurately updating member master data (e.g., name, ID, contact information)
  • Awareness of AML requirements and the importance of maintaining accurate member data
  • Sensitivity to PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and adherence to data privacy policies
  • Hands-on experience working with IMS DC screens and mainframe screens· Knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with the Conversant tool is a plus
