What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A positive, friendly, and patient attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino languages
