About the role

We are seeking a talented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.'. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Las Pinas City Metro Manila, with the opportunity to work dayshift to midshift schedules.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls and providing prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Adhering to established call centre protocols and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the call centre

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet performance targets
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
