About the role

NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.' is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in our Las Pinas City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone-based interactions. We welcome both experienced CSRs and those new to the field, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, providing them with timely and accurate information
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to management
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistently high level of service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and software applications to handle customer interactions
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
  • Fluency in both English and the local language is preferred
