  • Sorts and files purchase orders, transmittal slips, and job orders
  • Prepares verifies, and forwards purchase orders to suppliers
  • Canvass and negotiates with suppliers for prices, discounts, and agreements
  • Monitors inventory of medical and non-medical supplies, confirmed receipt of purchased items
  • Monitors and expedites purchase reports and orders

Qualification:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Work experience as Purchasing Officer or similar role in the Healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Has knowledge in using Quickbooks and MS Office
  • With at least 2 years of working experience as Purchasing Officer or similar role
  • Has knowledge of the end-to-end purchasing process
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
  • Proven good communication and negotiation skills
  • With integrity and trustworthy
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
