About the role
Office Admin Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Department. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as processing of P.O., document preparation, filing and assisting with communications and coordination between departments.
What we're looking for
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- With background or experience as an office or operations stagg.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Google drive)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willing to be assigned in Binondo Manila
WORKING SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS:
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
